Using website banners instead of just words to link

  Instead of simply using plain text links to websites I like, can I (legally – staying within TOS) add that website’s banner image, upload as a text widget, etc, so that people can click on the picture from the website versus a word-only link? I hope that made sense. Thanks in advance

  Yes this is allowed and possible.
