  My website hosting with SiteGround ends on 7 August will I still be able to use wordpress after this date

  Yes if you export the contents of the site and import it to a site built with wordpress and hosted elsewhere. Here for example? https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
