  How do i use worpress for creating a job portal and how efective is that, what are the requirements i need.

  There are a few plugins available to host a job portal on WordPress. You could take a look at them at https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/job-portal/

  You will need at least the Business Plan to be able to install third-party plugins on your WordPress.com site.

  Study the available plugins, try them and see what suits your idea.
