Using WordPress as a Host

  I have created a website offline through WordPress.com. How do I go about hosting the WordPress site through another hosting source? Or is it better to host through WordPress.com? If so, how do I go about hosting through WordPress?

  If you created a website offline you used wordpress.ORG, as wordpress.COM does not have an offline feature. The two systems are completely separate. WordPress.org sites are self-hosted. More info here: http://wordpress.org/
