Using WordPress.com Hosting with Business Plan still no response from last 2 day

It look like chat support is dead wordpress is encouraging to use AI support or guides.
Earlier Happy Engineers used to revert in max 15min. now a days you have to wait for 2-3 days for each reply. Totally worst support experience!
