Using WordPress.com website on Windows computer

  I registered for a free plan of WordPress.com site through my android WordPress app. I can log in through the phone. I downloaded the windows software version 4.9.2. But I cannot install and use it on my Windows 7 computer. Could you help me on how to do it.

  Hi there – It sounds like you started a free account and site here at WordPress.com. That’s great!

  You should not need to download any WordPress software to make this work from your computer.

  To log in through your computer you will need a web browser like Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/

  Once you install the browser, you can go to WordPress.com and log in with your unique username and password.

  Give that a try when you get time.
