Using WordPress on an IMAC computer

  I have a 24″ Imac and trying to use WordPress. Not having much luck. Do I need to download other things to be able to use it?

  Are you using hosted WordPress.com or are you trying to use the software from WordPress.org?

  I believe I downloaded it from wordpress.org

  Then you will need to be over at their forums, http://wordpress.org/support Our software here works differently, and we won’t be able to help you with theirs.

  If you want to upload the software into your own webspace, you need to be in the other forum. If you want to use WP.com, you’re in the right place. Here’s a post on the differences:
