Using WordPress on my existing web page

  Hi, I’m new to WordPress and need some help. I currently have a web site. It’s hosted on godaddy, built in Frontpage. Now I want to add an blog to this existing website. I have no idea of where to start with WordPress in order to do that. Do I first create a blank blog page in Frontpage and upload it to Godaddy before I even start with WordPress? And I can have just a blog using WordPress on my web site without it changing any of my other pages?

  Total newbie to this and I sure appreciate any help you can give me.

  Since you already have a host, is your blog going to be self hosted? If so, you need to be at wordpress.org for an appropriate answer.
