using wordpress.org themes on wordpress.com

    I am new to WP.com and trying to figure out how use it to build a site heavy with embedded youtube video links and video thumbnails. There are many wordpress.org themes I find online but they don’t seem to be able to be used on wordpress.com. (I am not technical enough or have the time to try to learn to build a wordpress.org site.) How can I use them with my site on wordpress.com? thank you all for any suggestions of how to do this or themes on wp.com to try!

    The business plan on WordPress.com allows you to upload custom themes/plugins from WordPress.org and from 3rd party themes and plugins marketplace to your WordPress.com powered website.

    All you have to do is upgrade your plan on WordPress.com to the business plan and you’ll be able to upload custom themes and plugins from anywhere.
