Using Worpress to register a domain

  I am confused about the domain process when registering the domain through WordPress as part of the premium package. I signed up yesterday for the premium package. During the process I specified fataltravel.net as the domain. Now, under domain management for fataltravel.net it says “DNS needs to be updated.” Clicking on that link takes me to page telling me to “Using the DNS tools provided by your domain registrar”

  I assumed that since I was allowing the registration to happen through WordPress all of the DNS and domain registration issues would be handled by your system.

  I have looked through your help docs and consulted the forum and I’m still confused about how to complete the process.

  I even tried doing a whois lookup and it says fataltravel.net is not a registered domain. Surely it should be showing by now?

  Hi there,

  I’m very sorry for the issues which you were having! If you would like to repurchase the WordPress.com Premium upgrade which I see that you’ve cancelled and been issued a refund for since you wrote in, you can try registering fataltravel.net again. It should go through correctly this time!
