Using WP 2.8 with Dreamweaver MX Site

  I’ve got a Site built with and maintained using Dreamweaver MX. I’ve successfully installed WP 2.8 on my Site but I don’t know how to insert it into my Main Page so that visitors can conduct conversations about Issues & Articles I Post to my Front Page. How do I link it to MySQL so I’ve got a Database accessable by password and each Member has a unique Username & Password. I realize WordPress has all these capabilities, how do I activate it on my Site, http://www.passion-for-truth.org .
