USPS rates

    My site is supposed to automatically have updated USPS current rates; however, on an order placed in Sept, my site charged $ 12.90, while the cost to ship was $ 22.60. Please advise, as I am in my busy time and have many orders coming in: need to be sure the ship charges are correct. USPS just upped its rates in early Oct, so the site should have been updated..
