Good day. My Navy ship domain and design seems to have been deleted. My annual fee should be auto renewal. Can you help or set up a 30 min session?

I had a WordPress helper set up a nicer looking site. Also auto renew on the domain name. Shall I try loging in on the iriginal email?

Regarding the domain name, the next renewal date is in September, so you have time to log into the account that owns the domain and set it to auto renew by adding a credit card on file for that account.
Again, your
fredandviuser account does not own this domain registration, so you would need to log out of this account and log into your other account. Then you can follow the steps here to enable auto-renew for your domain:https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#turn-on-automatic-renewal

Yes, if you set something up through a different account, you should reach back out to them for help.

If you did a 30 minute session with support, can you log in using the email address you used to coordinate that? That would be our very best bet. Once we know the right site/account we can likely help you get this untangled.
