  Hi!

  Unfortunately, WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.

  Note that because WordPress.com doesn’t want other people to have your username in the future, it is not possible to delete a WordPress.com username.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here.
