Utilizing Template Kits for my purchased theme

Hello there! I purchased a theme on Envato by Mikato themes – it’s called Fleur (linked here)
I would like to utilize template kits for this particular page (https://fleur.qodeinteractive.com/venue-home/) of my purchased theme. I cannot seem to find the zip file in the theme files I downloaded so I can easily use this exact layout but insert my own copy and imagery.
Looking for advice on the process from start to finish here for creating a site that looks just like that page. I have my domain and I have hosting with Bluehost and am hooked up on WordPress. I’ve also imported the theme but still when I create pages, everything is plain and basic and I’m unable to use pre-built pages from my theme. Looking forward to hearing the community’s support, trying to get this up as soon as possible so quick help would be much appreciated.
