Utter frusration

I have been trying for the past couple of weeks to get help. I paid up front $300 for GeneratePress. I have expressed in detail the format I was hoping to achieve in building an art gallery for my wife: LorraineRyanArtGallery.com. I have asked for directions to a tutorial that will help me achieve what I need to do. No response. I am still getting emails telling me to upgrade to a “plan,” which I have had all along. Is there no way that I can get help from a person?

Hey @themagicrobot I can’t see that. All I can see is that GeneratePress is active on the LorraineRyanArtGallery.com website, which is using wordpress.com name servers, and that at least every recent post to the forum has been done directly to the forums and not through the support contact form (wpcomhelp). We’ll have to wait for Staff I’m afraid.

But in essence, in the other thread you linked to @codekmyta is correct that for assistance with GeneratePress, it’s best to seek help directly with the documentation for that theme

Let me try and clear the confusion.
You have purchased from us (WordPress.com) a Business plan for the website lorraineryanartgallery.com and you have also purchased from GeneratePress (a different company) a theme for your website.
To receive support for the theme you have purchased from GeneratePress, you have to contact them directly at:

Note the number of same topics opened in the last few days in the user’s profile. Perhaps it would be possible to contact this user by email JIC?
