  Whenever I try to follow someone else’s blog, it says that my subscription did not succeed, and to try again with a valid email address. But my email is a valid email address. WordPress will also not let me ‘like’ other people’s posts.

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Safari or Google Chrome?

  Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?
