Validating domain

I faced payment problem before. After my previous purchase was cancelled, the domain I selected automatically appeared at the selection and asked me to pay for the domain. This time I had successfully made the payment. But there is a pop up showing I got a free domain to claim and at the same time it’s also showing “homiimanagement.com name server records should be configured.”
Is the domain had been registered? What should I do now?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
