Validating ptential customers based on service address

    Hello All,
    Is there a plug in that will let me validate potential clients against a service area or address list to make sure I can service them, and if yes send them a welcome email and contact me. This can be map based or check against a list of addresses in csv form.
    Just a “check if we server your area” form.
