Validation email and sms

since I am handing my account to site manager, I added recovery email and number, but I am not receiving validation emails or sms, also I couldn’t authorize 2 step verification, I am not sure what is the problem, please help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @sukoonnat! Could you please double-check and confirm that the recovery email and phone number you added are valid and fully operational? Also check your spam/junk folder for your recovery email in case the email ended up there.
