validation problem: error in code

  Hi all,

  I’m basically incompetent insofar as coding, so I hope someone can explain how to fix this error in super layman’s terms. I ran a validation check on my website through W3C and came up with this error:

  Line 72, Column 48: Element script must not have attribute charset unless attribute src is also specified.
  <script type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8″>

  Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
