Validator for Latvian language

  Hi,
  My name is Maris Ozolins and I recently translated and edited most of WodPress core texts in Latvian. I has just created a blog also in wordpress.com site to. Here I found that the Latvian language translation is very incomplete. To change this situation, I would like to become validator for a Latvian language.
