  Validators in the Ukrainian language is http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/3.4.x/uk/default. If not then tell me if I could it be?

  Feel free to repost your request there. Perhaps you could clarify it – is your question if there are active Ukranian validators in that project (since there seem to be many waiting translations)?
