  Hi,
  I already have a wordpress free account. Can I purchase the $99 value bundle upgrade? and keep my blog exactly as it is?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can buy as many upgrades as you like and then not use them, but why would you do that?

  Maybe you misunderstood me. I already have a wordpress free account and I would like to buy the bundle upgrade to add to my existing blog my own domain name + different cool themes, etc. Is easy to translate all the contents of my existing free Blog to my new domain?

  You can’t add external themes to a WP.com blog at all. The value bundle doesn’t change that; it allows you to tweak existing themes, provided you know how to do CSS editing.

  If you want your own domain name, that’s I believe $25 a year for the domain name and mapping it to your blog.
