Hi. When visiting the Store for WordPress upgrades to my account, I don’t see any option for the Value Bundle. Yet, browsing through the Support pages, I see messages, posted as recently as this week, in which users mention their purchases of the Value Bundle. So my question is: Why isn’t it available to me?

You currently have a 10 GB Space Upgrade, VideoPress, and Custom Design upgrades active on your blog.
These are part of the Value Bundle, and since you already have them separately, the bundle is not offered.

Below is an excerpt from WordPress’ own Support page on the Value Bundle:
I already have some of these upgrades. Can I let them expire and have the Value Bundle upgrades take over? Yes, any duplicates will be picked up by the upgrades included in the bundle, except domain registrations. You never want to let a domain registration upgrade expire as you risk losing it permanently.
Since my subscription to VideoPress expires on May 4, I would like to upgrade to the Value Bundle. In accordance with WordPress’ own policy that I cited above, it seems to me that I should be eligible at this time to upgrade to the Bundle. So, I again ask why it is not showing as one of my options…

Can you please take a screenshot of what you see in the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard and upload it via Media -> Add New so we can take a look?

Hm, that is rather odd. I’d like to try removing the upgrades temporarily to see if that makes a difference. Would that be okay?

I added the upgrades back.
Just for fun, or curiosity, would you mind trying the bundle again? I’m wondering if doing this may have kicked something back in gear.
If that doesn’t work, I can remove the upgrades again so you can purchase the bundle. Just let me know when you’d like to do that so we can minimize the loss of the upgrades.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I just took a look at my Store page, and I’m afraid that, while the upgrades may be back, the Value Bundle is nowhere to be found. In fact, I never actually had a chance to see the Value Bundle, because by the time I looked, you had already restored the upgrades. So, if the only way to see the Value Bundle is to temporarily deep-six the upgrades, then perhaps we’d better give that a try.

Hi. I’m sorry that I didn’t respond sooner — I was tied up all day yesterday and a good part of the day today. In any case, please go ahead and disable the upgrades whenever you have a chance. I’ll check my Store page within the next 12 to 24 hours and let you know what happens.
