"Value Bundle" option isn't in my 'Store"

  I purchased and use the “Value Bundle” for my first blog/web site. It’s great to have so many options packaged together at a good price.

  I have a second web site, http://www.globalhealthlessons.com, I’ve registered and want to start working on today, using upgrades such as Fonts, CSS, video, etc. However, the “Value Bundle” option doesn’t show up in my “Store” tab. It only indicates that I purchased it for my first site, http://www.helenholter.com. I don’t want to purchase them separately–more expensive–and yet I want to get started right now on the web site. Advice? Thanks — Helen

  If the $99. value bundle doesn’t appear in Store then I can only assume the value bundle offer is no longer on offer. Only Staff can confirm that so please contact Staff.

  Thanks for your quick reply. I did email ‘Support’ yesterday, but haven’t heard back. They’re usually quick to respond. I was planning to cobble together the website today.. thus the urgency.

  It also appears from other people’s posts that the Value Bundle is available — at least yesterday it was–because someone had purchased it and had questions. Hmm?

  Hi again,
  Staff address support tickets in order of the earliest date first. It’s not wise to contect them again because that moves the date forward and it takes longer to get help. If you are the Admin of the blog in question, and you cannot find the $999 value bundle under Store then you will have to wait until Staff get to your support ticket.
