  Do I need a Value Bundle for each URL I host or just one for my account and it is shared?

  Bundles are subscriptions for one year only and for one blog only.

  Thanks for the quick response. So I need one Value Bundle for each URL associated with my account if I want the features the bundles offer. I have three blogs and might want only two to have a Value Bundle. Can I move it from one blog to another? They are under 30 days old.

  @markebower: I can move a Value Bundle from one blog to another for you, please reply to this thread to confirm which Value Bundle/domain you need to move to which blog.
