vanishing and reappearing images

    There is one post specifically on my blog that is now experiencing alternating disappearing images. One minute a photo is there..the next time I check it’s gone.
    Same story with another photo in the body of the same blog. I have checked previous questions and answers on this and have limited the number of posts to 5 that can e seen on one page..but it does not seem to correct the problem. Will simply replacing the image again work?

    I’ve now deleted and replaced the missing image with a smaller version and it seems to be staying there. Could this be an issue of image size overloading the page?
