Variations Not Clickable

  I have researched for over a month now for an answer for this problem and I am at my wits end. I have tried everything and still no solution. One day, there was an update to WordPress or/and WooCommerce, and I could no longer get some of my products to work properly. The variations are visible, but when I go to click on them, it seems they are not linked and are not clickable. They are showing up as images instead of variations that can be clicked on. This is only happening to certain products that has more than 50 variations. I have deactivated plugins, changed themes, expanded the variations threshold, etc., but nothing seems to work. Also, for those same products with the variation issues, it seems that the image gallery is not showing correctly. I had to set the opacity to 100, just so the images can show up. Please help.
