Vat details are not valid

  Hi, I’m putting our VAT details in prior to upgrade, and it keeps rejecting them. The details are correct – but is it because I have not upgraded the site yet, or is there an issue with the format?

  Hi, to get a VAT receipt, you first need to purchase the upgrade and then follow the process in the document linked below.
