VAT error

  Hi,
  updating our VAT doesn’t work. It tells us to contact support but I can’t even find a way to do so. All it lets me do is ask publicly in the forum.
  That’s not great….so….what to do?

  Hi there, could you let us know the URL of the site you wanted to update VAT billing for? The WordPress.com account you’re writing to us from does not appear to be associated with any sites at this time!

  It’s not for a site hosted on wordpress.com. I bought an Akismet API key.
