VAT invoice

    I’ve been redirected to this page to ask for a VAT invoice, but now I see that this message is supposed to be posted in a public forum. How can I contact you privately?

    I’ve tagged this thread to ask a member of staff to reply to you. You’ll need to provide your current VAT registration number to get a VAT invoice (via email though, don’t post it in this forum). I believe the invoice will show zero rated vat however.

    Hi @annafuster, we can email the upgrade owner. I wasn’t able to find any upgrades on your account, though, so we wouldn’t be able to send any receipt.

    Can you send us a link to the site you need help with? Or simply log out and log in with the account that has an upgrade, then reach out to support again via http://wordpress.com/help/contact — once you’re in an account with an upgrade, you won’t be directed to the forums.
