  I have just paid for a 2 year subscription on wordpress and require a VAT invoice for tax purposes.

  Please could you generate one and share with my directly through email.

  The company VAT registration number (VRN) is 393706470

  I see you added the same VAT number into your billing settings here, yes? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/vat-details

  After your VAT details are validated and saved (which I can confirm) you can then return to the Billing History tab and re-send an email receipt with the VAT information included. If you click on the Email receipt link on this page do you see your VAT info in the new receipt you send? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
