VAT irregularly charged and not refunded

    I automatically renewed the domain forwarding service I have for ten years. My VAT details haven’t changed. It’s always been charged properly. Now, all of a sudden VAT was collected which is irregular because I reside in Germany and the invoice comes from Ireland. That’s why I cancelled. Now the refund was without VAT. So they skimmed the VAT. The money is gone, the AI assistant says I need to contact humans but won’t connect cause I am on a free plan. Anybody have an idea how I can get my money back?
