  How can we receive a VAT note for the billed products?

  This support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#frequently-asked-questions says:

  We can provide VAT receipts to users who are properly listed in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) database. To request a VAT receipt, contact support https://wordpress.com/help/contact and provide your company’s name, business address, and VAT number. Once we validate your information a VAT receipt will be sent to the email address on your account.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here owns no sites on WordPress.com, and has never purchased any upgrades from us. For what purchase exactly do you require a VAT invoice?

  Hi,

  there are no ‘Purchases’ but in the billing history I can find my ‘extensions Subscriptions’
  (purchased for USD 199,00)
