VAT Number for billing

  Hi all
  We’re setting a blog for our company and we’re going for a premium package.
  My financial department asked me for some details before they allow me to subscribe it, because they needed by law (I’m in Portugal)

  Do you have regarding the company that issue the bill for these services:
  – VAT number
  – Name of company?
  – Address

  They also request a RFI – a form to avoid double taxation…

  Do you know anything that can help me on this? Do you know a service email where I can ask for more detailed information?
