  Hi there,

  Yes, you can ensure your VAT details are displayed on your billing receipt by adding your VAT details to your WordPress.com account. You can add those at the bottom of te page here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Once you have added the VAT details, you can view or email yourself a receipt from the list above and the VAT details included.
