  Can i please have a VAT receipt for this invoice. Also where has my website gone as I no longer appear able to access it?

  Hi @henny031217, we’re happy to send a VAT receipt. It does look like you’re logged into the wrong account right now though. I don’t see any upgrades or sites on this one.

  Can you log out, and log back in using the account that has purchases? Then you can get in touch directly at https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
