i cannot change the picture of my gravatar inside my blog http://www.lemonde.fr it does not work at the end when i activate my profile
the last picure blue sign appear but not the new one

I’m having this problem too. The best I could find was a note from gravatar saying the “cache” our profile pictures so the new one will show up when the old one “expires”–which is apparently never, since I’ve had that old picture for at least 10 years. What on earth? Gravatar? WordPress??

http://www.lemonde.fr is not a WordPress.com site so I just want to check how you’ve tried to add your new photo, did you use the instructions in our guide to Gravatars?
Your photo is associated with your email address and will appear when you comment on a site using that email address — when that site supports gravatar.
thisjourneymyhome — when you upload a new photo, sometimes the previous photo will be cached. How long ago did you update it?

Hi,
I’ve had a look at the upload process you mentioned on another thread and that looks fine, which means the issue you are having could be due to the image rating.
Many sites will only display a G-rated Gravatar — which means the image is suitable for display on all websites with any audience type
The ones I can see on your Gravatar account are PG rated. You can check and change image ratings on gravatar.com.
Give that a try and let me know how you get on.

I am unable to sign on to gravatar. I have a wordpress account and when I click on to button to sign in to gravatar using wordpress, it just spins and cannot find the site. I need to change my profile picture.

Glad it’s working now :)
If you have the same problem again in the future, check what the image rating is, in case it’s not G.
