Vaultpress backups are not running and it’s been more than 24 hours
-
Hello, Vaultpress backups are not running on this site. The Jetpack subscription was purchased through A2 Hosting but it was activated on a subdomain [redacted]. However the subscription is now removed from the staging site and is activated on the main site [redacted]. Everything seems to be setup correctly except the Vaultpress backups.
Please review this and let us know what could be wrong here and what steps we can take to resolve this.
Thank You!

I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.

http://wordpress.org/support/forumsHere’s some information that might be useful:
If Vault press backups are not running on your site, there could be a few different causes for the issue:- Make sure the Jetpack plugin is correctly connected to your WordPress site. You can do this by going to Jetpack > Settings in your WordPress dashboard and following the instructions to connect the plugin.
- Make sure your Jetpack subscription is active and that you have enough storage space available for your backups. You can do this by going to Jetpack > Settings in your WordPress dashboard and looking for the “Subscription” and “Storage” sections.
- If you’ve recently moved your Jetpack subscription from one site to another, it’s possible that the plugin is still configured to perform backups on the old site. In that case, you may need to reconfigure the plugin to run backups on your new site.
- If you’ve installed any plugins that affect how Jetpack works, it’s possible that a plugin conflict is causing the problem. You can try disabling all your plugins and switching to a default theme to see if the issue persists. If the issue goes away when you disable your plugins, try re-enabling them one at a time to identify the cause of the problem.
If the issue persists, you can ask Jetpack support for help! https://jetpack.com/support/
I hope it helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
