VC: Custom Teaser bottom rh of dashboard

  Hello

  Can someone please help. I’m new to WordPress and I’m seriously doing my head in.

  I’ve had a website built in WordPress. Somehow on the PostsAll Posts page, I’ve stuffed up the vc: teaser on the bottom rh corner.

  I have a blog main page that has images, an excerpt and links to the blog page. However, the first one I did doesn’t work.

  I want it to have a different image than what’s on the blog page. And I want the excerpt to automatically pick up the first 55 characters. I want the date showing and I want it all to link, like the “coffee” one next to it.

  I’m clicking all sorts of things and not getting anywhere. Can someone please provide me a step by step set of instructions of what I need to tick, to make it all work.
