  Hello,
  When I’m on my site in programming mode, the header image is clear. When I am on my site in vision mode, the header image is blurred.
  Why is it blurred ?

  Hi, it looks like it’s faded. Can you go to Customize > Theme Options > General and check the Header Overlay Opacity? Please bring the slider down a bit, then publish the changes to see if that helps.
