  You can turn you site as private, in this case people will need to inform their e-mail and you’ll have to aprove the access.

  Is it possible to ask for viewers email address that is different from Word press account.

  All I wanted is viewers to send their mail address and some Information about the themselves to get access to my blog.

  I think the WordPress.com doesn’t have this kind of feature, you can take a look at WordPress.org, maybe if you use a self-hosted site you’ll be able to install a Plugin with this feature.
