  How do I install the Velocity Page? There is no Plug-Ins tab and I can’t find Velocity.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install plugins on a WordPress.com blog. They are only for wordpress.ORG blogs on paid hosting.
