Note that WordPress.com don’t accept Purchase Orders. Payment needs to be made in full at the time of purchasing an upgraded plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
Once payment has been made then you can print out a receipt at “Manage Purchases” if you need to be reimbursed.
