  I would like to verify my blog on Google. I wrote in Tools – Google Webmaster Tools the HTML file. Google does not find this control file. What do I do?

  It doesn’t look like the correct code is in place at the moment. Can you try following these specific directions?

  You’ll want to use the “HTML Tag” method.
