  I received a “verify now” email in June but it went to spam. I now want to activate and start working on my site but there is no way to log in. Any advice?

  Please help. I have an active domain that I have paid for but cannot use and it is costing me business. Currently, there is outdated information that I cannot edit and I cannot even take the site down. I had no idea about domain contact verification and it went to my spam folder.   It’s also under another account though. If you’ll log in as that user, or using the email address that gets renewal notifications, you can contact paid support directly here:

  They tend to be a bit faster than we are in the forums for free sites.
