  I’ve added a new domain name, truckfishing.com, that is not yet live. The website is being built for me by someone else, but I paid for the domain name. When I try to sign it, I’m being told that I’ve missed a window of time to verify my email and gain access. I was able to access it last week, but can’t now.

  We’ve resent the domain verification email.

  You need to set that domain to use the same email address as your WordPress.com account as you need to be able to receive periodic domain management emails in order to keep your domain in good standing.

  Once you verify the email, you should be able to use the domain again within an hour.

  Additionally, this domain is registered to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re logged into, so you would need to log into the correct account to manage the domain.
