    my site won’t verify via https. I know it said it take up to 72 hours, but it’s been 48 and my site has been offline for 2 days… hoping i can figure this out.

    Also, i’m trying to email for help and get live chat help and neither are working..

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I can see that the domain is being connected via A Records, and so this can result in an SSL being applied to a domain, which would explain why you’re not seeing that just yet.

    That said, I’m able to force apply one, which I’ve just initiated and that can take up to an hour to become visible.

    May I ask you to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and confirm if you’re seeing that please?
