  pleas i don’t know why am not getting verification code to log in to my account after i set up 2 step authentication on my mobile phone

  What account are you trying to log into, please? You are already logged in as georgeifeanyi, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to post here in the forums.

  yes because i have backup code, am suppose to get d verification code

  Sorry but I don’t understand. Where are you being asked for the code?

  If you’re trying to change your 2FA settings and you’re not getting the code, please use one of the backup codes instead. If you need to generate new backup codes, you can do it here:
